About Julie Hoffman

Julie Hoffman is a seasoned New York City real estate professional with over 16 years of industry experience. She understands that to navigate one of the world’s most demanding markets, she must be an effective communicator and an expert negotiator, which is why she takes a hands-on approach to every transaction. 

Julie specializes in serving buyers on the east side of Manhattan and is the exclusive broker for two rental buildings in Midtown East and the Upper East Side. Julie was drawn to real estate during her own home search, captivated by architecture and buildings.  

Known for her responsiveness, honesty, and effective communication, Julie's passion for both her work and clients shines through. Julie received a master’s degree in social work from NYU and spent years as a psychiatric social worker at Bellevue Hospital. She believes that this unique background and experience allowed her to develop her empathetic and straightforward style that her clients admire and appreciate.  

As a dedicated listener and compassionate advocate, she takes pride in being instrumental in her clients' significant milestones. Julie is originally from Long Island and has been a New York City resident since 1997. She currently resides in Midtown East and enjoys exploring all that the city has to offer. Outside of real estate, she enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs, reading, working out, exploring new restaurants, and entertaining at her Hamptons home.
