Dear Clients and Friends,

As we close the chapter on yet another year, it’s tempting to focus solely on accomplishments and numbers. However, what truly matters to us is the incredible support from our clients and the dedication of our team. To me real estate has always been much more than just numbers—it’s about relationships, trust, collaboration and opportunities to meet and work with incredible people. 

I’d like to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to my team and our clients for making 2024 such a remarkable year. From our move to Christie’s, to our commitment to serving clients across all price points—with a special focus on the luxury sector and new developments—it’s been a year of growth and milestones. In 2024, we expanded to Litchfield County and broke records for one of the most significant sales in Washington CT, welcomed talented new team members, and had the honor of representing extraordinary new developments in the Upper West Side and Financial District. Whether it was off-market or on-market sales, we achieved success across the board.

This past year wasn’t without its challenges. The real estate industry demanded that we continuously demonstrate our value, and I’m proud to say we rose to the occasion time and again. I’m incredibly grateful for everything we accomplished together. 2024 has truly been the best year yet for the Daniel Kramp Team, and we’re eagerly looking forward to what 2025 has in store.
