Happy Summer and first of all THANK YOU for all your support and trust. The rankings are out, and in the "sea" of nearly 50,000 real estate brokers in New York State, we are proud to be ranked among the top 100 small team in NYC and #128 in New York State!  

When it comes to market sentiment, at the last meeting in March the Fed predicted 3 rate cuts by the end of the year, however as time goes this seems to be less certain when it will actually happen. What was supposed to be a Spring housing market where contract volume soars until July turned out to be a pretty slow couple of month with contract activity stable but sluggish. Now imagine what happens when we finally see the first Fed rate cut?

An experienced mortgage broker mentioned this interesting stat to me last week - the moment rates go down by 1% one million more buyers jump into the market…think about it for a second
